I have yet to be caught out totally nude by anyone as we can generally either see or hear people approaching us. We have our towels handy for a discrete genital cover up until we are again out of sight. (1/2)

But most people are accepting, relaxed and friendly by a chance encounter - as long as they don’t ever feel threaten. So there is a risk people could spoilt it for all if they behaved badly while being naked and if that then was be reported to the authorities. (2/2)
