I had a huge dose of naturist therapy today. The exhiliation and liberty I experienced today by just being totally naked in nature, and in the joyful company of a couple of naturist sole mates, was physically and emotionally revitalising. I had the privilege of meeting a wonderful fellow naturist today! Hopefully we can arrange future nude hikes together to both enjoy and promote our shared lifestyle choice of non sexual social nudity (naturism).
