#Mukyōhō kongō-zuehō is a discipline of refined movement, #awareness, & flow. Through the handling of the staff, the #body develops balance, coordination, & #natural responsiveness. Each motion emerges smoothly from the previous one, free from tension & excess force. The practitioner cultivates fitness, concentration, & presence, becoming attentive to posture, breath, & surroundings. The staff becomes an extension of the #body, expressing harmony between movement, stillness, & #awareness.

#HadakaShizenyoku in #nature is the practice of meeting the world without barriers. Beneath open sky, among trees, stone, wind, & water, clothing is set aside & the #body returns to simplicity. The warmth of sunlight, the coolness of air, & the touch of rain are experienced directly. In this way, distinctions between #body & landscape soften, revealing a quiet intimacy with the #natural world. Nothing is added, nothing is hidden, & each moment is received just as it is.

In #HadakaShizenyoku, #nature is not something separate from us. Standing unclothed among the trees, feeling the earth beneath our feet & the breeze across our skin, we experience life directly. Birds call, leaves rustle, clouds drift overhead. Nothing asks us to be anything other than what we are in this moment. Free from coverings & distractions, we simply dwell within the boundless rhythm of the #natural world.

#HadakaShizenyoku reveals #insight through direct experience. When clothing is set aside, nothing is added to who we are & nothing essential is lost. Feeling wind, sunlight, rain, & earth upon the #body, we encounter #impermanence in every sensation. The divisions between “me” & “nature” begin to soften. In this simple openness, #wisdom arises #naturally, not from concepts, but from intimate contact with #reality as it is.

#HadakaShizenyoku offers a direct encounter with #impermanence. The warmth of sunlight gives way to shade, a breeze rises & falls, clouds gather & disperse. Sensations appear upon the #body & vanish without remaining. Standing unclothed in #nature, we witness that nothing is fixed, nothing can be held. By observing this continuous change, we cultivate insight into the fleeting #nature of all phenomena & learn to meet each moment without attachment.

#HadakaShizenyoku cultivates non-attachment through simplicity. Standing unclothed in #nature, there is nothing to display, nothing to conceal, & nothing to possess. The #body feels warmth, cold, comfort, & discomfort, yet each experience is allowed to arise & pass without grasping. By meeting the world directly, without clinging to preferences or identities, we learn to rest in the #freedom that comes from letting go & accepting each moment as it unfolds.

In 1980, the top 1% held about $3 trillion dollars collectively among them.

Today, that number is about $53 trillion dollars.

The wealthy have stolen roughly $50 trillion dollars from the poor and middle class in the last 50 years, or about a trillion dollars a year.

If even 1% of that had ever "trickled down", the median American would have about a half a million dollars in their bank account.
