Think I’ve dialed this in pretty well at this point. It’s mapo tofu adjacent. Chili oil, Sichuan pepper, ginger, garlic, vegetable broth, tofu, ground b’ef, onion, peas, green onion, and just a touch of soy and honey.

@OtterForce looking good! I'm planning to cook a Mapo Tofu this week too and researching subbing mushrooms for the beef. Will check what vegan ground was available in my area.

@quinze this is just the Gardein ground b'ef with it's weird naming conventions. We like it well enough. But mostly use it because it allows me to portion just a little bit for this since it's kind of a secondary protein.

I've made it with small diced criminis and regular diced tofu before and it was delicious!
