This Tuesday Denmark goes tp the polls & while Mette Frederiksen’s Social Democrats may just scrape through with weakened support, its not a foregone conclusion.
If Frederiksen does manage to retain power many may conclude that even when things are not looking great, standing up to the Tangerine Tyrant can pay (electoral) dividends. Which would be handy....
Of course, if the SDs los we can expect Trump to claim its all on him.

A lot will surely depend on who they - the #danish SDs -lose support to - groups to the right or those to the left. Gains by the right might indeed please the #us but my reading is that gains by the left may be more likely - especially after recent local elections there. Which might in turn raise questions about whether centre-left parties elsewhere should be adopting their approach to immigration!
Yes, although the Tangerine Tyrant being the TT, I'm guessing if she doesn't win he will claim he toppled her... and will ignore (initially) gains b the Left
