A #maths teacher in NW #England has been banned for 2 years for getting drunk at a workplace social outing to the point he consumed 10 pints ( 5760 ml ) of beer, attacked 2 police officers and a security guard, and got a suspended prison sentence!
He has to do 25 days rehabilitation activity and 200 hours of unpaid work.
you could make a maths question out of all this, but its probably a better lesson for PHSE and a warning of why overindulgence in #alcohol is a bad thing..

@noctiluca its not your fault, more that of the BBC crime reporter for not researching dates correctly and/or seemingly being unaware of how the criminal justice system actually works in England and Wales (or no one actually checking up on whether these facts are correct).
As loathsome as they are, the Daily Mail do a way better job of getting crime reporting right (maybe because they are used to delving a *lot* deeper into the backgrounds of suspects and victims to the point it borders on what is legal/ethical, and they are thus *expecting* legal challenges for their reporting)
