The reason why TSA isn't currently getting paid is because the GOP refuses to allow a vote on a bill that would fund all DHS agencies except ICE. Except that ICE already is massively overfunded thru the BUB!

In other words: if the @GOP just took the offer on the table, FEMA, Coast Guard, and TSA would all be funded at normal levels and ICE would have ~3x historic levels because of BUB. And yet they are demanding more in spite of an obvious lack of need.
