Today, Saturday, March 21, 2026, marks Mother's Day in Palestine and the Arab world. The Palestinian Prisoners Club reported that 39 Palestinian mothers are currently held in Israeli prisons out of a total of 79 female prisoners.

Last year and the year before, we didn't get to eat salted fish on the first day of Eid because of theThe ferocity of war . This year, it seems we were lucky because it was available, and we bought it. It's fish that's layered with salt and sealed for two months or more, then fried on the first day of Eid. People believe it makes them drink more water to compensate for the fluid loss during Ramadan. Would you like to try it? 😅

When my brothers were martyred, these two children were not even a year old.
They left behind seven childrenthe oldest is 13 and the youngest are infants who never truly knew a father’s embrace.
The pain is not only in the loss… but in the fact that those who lead these wars do not understand the suffering these children carry.
