Happy Friday Eve, all! Today will involve work of course, then baking brownies for an event tomorrow. I think they’re going to be double chocolate with the addition of crushed heath bars in them. I hate that I’ve so much anxiety around cutting them. Anybody got any tips? I have one of those pans that divides into squares but I’m baking in a bigger disposable pan so I can bake and transport. Plus there’s probably going to be 20 people and the divider brownie pans make only 12. Bonus points if you’re cutting them sans sight. I really suck at cutting straight for some reason especially when the thing is a big square that must be broken down into smaller squares or rectangles. lol I hope everyone has a good day.
