@crowbriarhexe Sure, it does happen that people get fired because the management believes "AI" will be able to do the work instead, but:
- there is no such thing as artificial intelligence
- LLMs are shit and just generating more work for the remaining humans

@rhelune oh, no, I agree 10000%, I just think that argument would be bullshit even if AI *could* take your job - like accusing someone of “you’re only afraid of bears because they can tear you apart without thinking about it”. Well, duh, how else should I react if that’s true?? They’re not making the point they think they are. Or any other point for that matter.
