I know I've posted a lot more about #bipolar recently - It's because its become a lot more relevant (sadly).

For those who don't know, springtime is an especially vulnerable time for bipolar people. Manic episodes are common in spring.

I feel like I've been walking a tightrope these past few weeks and it's hard. As soon as I was beginning to balance out, two more major stressors hit me. Now it feels like I'm back to square 1, and I feel hypomania rolling in.
