Petter Eiersson@tomatensson @janantos you are right, he has had these impulses always. But when brain faculties decline, your ability to keep yourself out of trouble by controlling your impulses decline.
Of course, I did not mean to say Trump has officially been diagnosed with dementia. He has not. But in my view, his behavior shows clear sign of less impulse control than we saw during his first presidency.
