@tomatensson @janantos you are right, he has had these impulses always. But when brain faculties decline, your ability to keep yourself out of trouble by controlling your impulses decline.
Of course, I did not mean to say Trump has officially been diagnosed with dementia. He has not. But in my view, his behavior shows clear sign of less impulse control than we saw during his first presidency.
The Supreme Court says he’s got immunity while president. He can say what he wants, when he wants, about whomever he wants.

How matter-of-fact he was about it was just blood curdling. This is malignant narcissism. He does not recognize the personhood of any other human being. We’re just props in the movie about him. I know what I’m talking about because I had a narcissistic parent.
