I had one Friday 13th. Luckily, I'm not triskaidekaphobic.

Good—found nothing new.
Less good—didn't find a cause for the problem I'm having (too little iron in my blood)

I had no polyps this time, all removed on previous ’scopes, biopsies OK. I hope yours are the same.

FWIW, it only took me a day to recover, on all 6 occasions (first with no sedation. Not so much painful as very weird feelings, and I was able to watch the whole thing (colon only)).

Mine was supposed to be 'Twilight' sedation, but I think it is easier for the theater team if the patient is out cold.

but personally, things are going quite nice, we had a recording session yesterday which I was very anxious about, but in the end we nailed the two songs we wanted to record and even got some nice takes for the optional third one :)

having said that, dear reader and alice in particular, feel yourself hugged by some random dude from Germany! You are awesome! 🤌
