Endless Screamingi know people are coming here for catharsis and that's fine but when you are done screaming please pick something you can do that will help people and do it. you don't accomplish anything by rolling around in the fear all day
and remember that you are someone you can help, too. taking care of yourself is real work.

the best thing i can tell you to do is pick a way to help people that won't totally overwhelm you and just do that. start small. you don't need to witness everything bad that happens to be effective. scream whenever you need to but don't make it your whole deal (that is what i am for)
