I’ve started #pickling my big pear #tomatoes. So many!

Yummy. I’m not good with pickling but have been eyeing off a dehydrator but the one I want is a little pricey for me, so I’m thinking that maybe I’ll try the cheap Anko one & see if I like it.

This is my first time pickling tomatoes. 🤞

Dehydrators worry me. It’s like you’re having a buffet display out for insects & any neighbourhood mice.

I’m probably way wrong on that, but that’s my worry with dehydrating machines.

They’re an enclosed unit so bugs shouldn’t get in.more investigation needed.
