NoBorgLet's not mix up things: the EU has interests in the region, we have signed treaties with local governments that we should comply to (we respect our own word, we are a reliable partner). So if we are present in the region it IS NOT to participate in the war, it's not to wage a war against Iran or help Trump.
If we are there is because we are a reliable partner and thousands of EU citizens are stranded in the region, as well as EU companies (ships) and they need our help.
