4) Drive up the price of oil, which matters because:

A) oil price was not high enough for oil and gas companies to actually drill into all those new placea Teump declared open to drill more oil.

B) USA largely self sufficient, so just much bigger profit margins for oil and gas companies that funded Trump.

C) Trump family crime gang owns oil and gas shares

D) America first, stuff everyone else, including allies.
