It takes 10-14 days for a tanker to travel from the Gulf to Europe or N America plus unloading plus, possibly, refining.

The oil and LNG that's been sold in the last 2 weeks either didn't originate in the Gulf, was in storage tanks in Europe or N America or was in tankers already past the straits of Hormuz and in the Indian ocean.
