I was showing signs at the weekend of chronic dehydration, so I'm trying to do better with my water intake. So, the first thing I do in the morning is drink 250ml of water before I have a coffee or anything else.

There's also a Pusheen bottle on my desk, in a spot where I can't avoid it. 10am and I'm already up to 1000ml of water.

I'm aiming for at least 2000ml of water a day + whatever is in my food.

@andycarolan Sounds like having the water bottle right in front of you will help.

@alexandra Yeah, I watched a video some time ago where someone was talking about making it as easy as possible, so they don't forget.

I think that's my issue... I usually put drinks off to the side of where I sit, and regularly forget them.

Well, unless it's coffee... I never seem to forget those 😅

@andycarolan I fully understand why a lot of people carry around those exceptionally HUGE water bottles of a billion ounces, so they don't forget.

It really helps. Me, personally, I like to carry around a small 500 ml bottle, more my thing! 😉

@alexandra @andycarolan I have a huge one that is honestly a bit hard to hang onto and lug around the gym.
