@eu_os where do you recommend to setup non-profit foundations for sovereignty (as most are US based)? Does EU have good legislation for such structures already?

Some foundations are already in the EU https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_free_and_open-source_software_organizations#Europe @osi has also a legal entity in the Netherlands. @kde is registered in Germany.
