11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of strength training.
18.32 KM of #Running (-2°C, -9 windchill, 59% humidity, and 27 KM/H wind, gusting to 37 KM/H).

Good workouts, and another zone 2 run (9.7%, 68.4%, 22.0%) that once again crept into Z3 more than intended. It was windy and I was on the phone for 15 minutes, so I'll blame that. 🤣

I am, however, very, very hungry right now.

I wouldn't chastise yourself for creeping into zone 3, that's still a good chunk in zone 2, and sometimes a little faster is good for the soul.
