I don’t fully understand the Fediverse yet, but everyone seems super nice and no one's tried to sell me crypto, so that’s already an improvement over most of the internet. 🔐😅

@celi52 yep. That's most of what it's like here. Loads of ordinary people posting ordinary things. Be profligate with your follows to start with, you can remove any follows later without anyone thinking they've done anything. Mute or block anyone for any reason, including your own mental health. Follow any hashtags for your interests. Set up a mute or block on other hashtags. And enjoy.
