Ugh, suddenly my eyes (or my brain) have decided they don't like my varifocals anymore, so I'm back to using my reading glasses and regular glasses but that's so annoying. And I can't really see my computer screen with them. So I'm off to the optometrist today and will have to order new glasses. May opt for bifocals with separate glasses for my computer screen as I need to be able to see properly when on a hike (which I find varifocals not great for) but also be able to read my map without changing glasses. Getting old sucks! 😂

@Chrissy I'm still trying to figure out a better way of carrying spare eyeglasses into the backcountry in a way that they are protected from being crushed. My best solution so far has been putting them inside a Nalgene bottle, but my preferred glasses don't fit into a 500 mL Nalgene wide mouth, and a 1 L bottle is too large.
