Toned down the kelp audio reaction a bunch - changed it from boosting curl noise on the stalks (which made each kelp plant swing around wildly and trail the leaves) into boosting the stiffness for each leaf, so they just pulse a bit to the audio.

Probably toned it down maybe too much, as hard to notice now. Planning another pass with spectrum levels mapping audio vertically, so leaves at the bottom react to the bass and frequencies increase up the stalk. At that point there'll be more spatial separation so I can boost the motion response without making the whole screen go crazy.
Fish also have some audio response - driving the boids sim params for cruising speed, separation etc - but also kept levels low so they don't suddenly zip away out of the screen. Probably needs boosting/balancing.
