This one is actually finished. And it made me cry.
@kkarhan Lowkey it's rare for people to tackle Cyberpunk oddly enough, but when they do, it's even more rare for them to be good.
These are all gems (but different people like different things - Someone of them are VERY slow burn, others are straight power fantasies.)
@krutonium Kinda like the "VOID Trilogy" (Hex, Shadows, Ghosts) by #RhiannonLassiter really is good and does click really hard once it does...
- And yes that trilogy deserves to be filmed as either a overlenght movie or three medium movies...

@kkarhan And People Binge that shit (affectionate). I am of the opinion that it is a length of movie that you could absolutely create - You just have to make sure you target the right audience.
@krutonium In fact, cinemas used to do small breaks during playback after like halftime or something (and directors did put in consideration for that).
- Originally because 35mm reels were limiting the physical lenght of film one can show without having to pause and replace the reels, but regardless of that, I think that 2 hours is like the border of what I consider acceptable for motionless sitting.
- Also it would be in the interest of cinemas, as (like a gas station) they don't make the margins with tickets, but with the snacks!
@kkarhan I was actually aware of that! If they built in a 20 minute break every 2 hours, encouraging everyone to go walk around the cinema, buy food and drinks, etc, I'm sure the theater would be thrilled. The possibility of selling concessions to the same people more than once is huge. And if they have a place for a larger meal attached, they could double/triple dip with a proper meal attached.
@krutonium Even if it's just a 15' break to take a piss and grab a new drink, #nachos, #popcorn or ice would be fine.
@kkarhan I've actually been to a theater that did that! They had low light tablets built into the chairs you could order and pay on, and they'd deliver your order to your chair!
