ArtsandSocks 🧶🪡My sock journey continues. I have started the foot. Sock still looks strange but the yarn colours are nice. Now to figure out how to determine the length of the foot.

Elizenery🔻@Artsandsocks I like to have some negative ease. You could measure the length of your foot of course, but another option is to measure the length of socks that you like. If you count your row gauge, you can figure out how many rows you need in total and how many to go from where you are now. Then calculate how many rows from start of toe decreases to end. That's how I did it.
@lisettedeboer The socks are not for me, so I am figuring it out based on shoe size. I'll just guess and they will fit somebody. Thanks for the help.
