Yesterday evening was well spent.
My friend has vineyard and we help him with harvest each fall and usually in February we "help" him again with the "ecological disposal" ;-)
For the first bigger ride in the season it was quite good but I will have to tweak the route a bit for the next time. I have ~150km in 2 days on the #recumbent bike and I really need to change the cranks my knees hurt a lot now from the long ones.
