Here is an idea:

An F-Droid-like App store for Android, but with just 100 Apps—One app in Each Category.

Each user of this store is required to pay a very low monthly or yearly fee to the developers so that they can create high-quality, #privacy -focused, #opensource & #encrypted apps with no #data collection.

@danish_akhtar7 you could create an FDroid repo for this and then you got all the infrastructure for free.

Reproducible builds would be a good idea as well - so users can switch repos etc.
