Simplest would be a law forbidding gender markers on licences.

I suppose that would have to be Federal.

But it may be sensible and achievable in most of the rest of the world.

@Photo55 This would make sense, honestly, bc there are other ways to ID people not based on gendered assumptions.

Most of society is entrenched in gendering, though, and doesn't even question its validity (or lack thereof). 🙄
