Dear #danish speaking #sourdough bakers, when I was in Denmark a baker (Duo Bageri, a big recommendation!) shared me their recipe of their Rugbrød.

I was translating it to Dutch (and reducing the amounts). But it had one line saying 'pop. durum' can anybody help me with the correct translation of the abbreviation 'pop.'?
