If only the UK government would make all billionaires live up to their "charitable" side, by taxing obscene wealth.

The absolutely insane renters market in London wasn't an insignificant driver in us moving away from the UK. (Our flat was terminated for putting it onto Airbnb. Albeit, we had already settled on moving by then.)
