Kai Viehof, der inzwischen als Steuerberater arbeitet, zweifelt, ringt mit sich - und entscheidet schließlich, auf sein Millionenerbe zu verzichten. Denn viel Geld zu haben, das bedeutet für Kai Viehof, unfrei zu sein. Es geht ihm um noch mehr: Nicht die Herkunft soll darüber entschieden, ob ein Mensch Anspruch auf Vermögen hat.
