But it is not as if the places have been removed from the map (with digital maps downloaded to billion devices for offline use that would be impossible) street signs have not been dismantled. And while main stream media may ignore it, the US has not by now blocked access to foreign websites (and can probably make accessing information from outside the US complicated, but not impossible. To many US companies rely on VPNs). Taking videos of police is risky but not impossible. Talking on the street is possible. Protest events are possible. So the people who "do not see" have closed their own eyes themselves.
