That was a pretty quick mention, was all buses, added trains, no mention of any problems so I guess there
were/are not any.

The rankings are based on ridership per capita, not reliability nor frequency, though obviously systems with higher levels of both would naturally attract higher ridership.

In other words, despite those issues, Ottawa is doing pretty darn good.
