Wet conditions can make grounds near waterways slippery or unstable around #OttCity. Please avoid going near the water and keep children and pets away as well.
With spring flooding along the Ottawa River, some roads and pathways in low-lying areas around #OttCity are closed due to elevated water levels.

There is currently an added hazard to boat operators as well, due to additional debris and fast-moving waters. These hazards can place boat operators at risk and could result in emergency deployment of water rescue.
