The #EEOC, born of the #CivilRights Act to enforce laws against employment discrimination, said it was investigating “systemic allegations of #DEI related intentional race discrimination” against #white employees & job applicants at #Nike.

The investigation is the first major litigation announced by the commission under Andrea Lucas, its chair, who has made DEI programs a target since taking the role last year.
