IANAL, but if the logistics of doing it internationally made it feasible, it seems to me like you’d have a good case in the UK equivalent of our small claims court.

@whybird Australian consumer law is broadly similar. I'd consider it, but I suspect the realities of international law would mean any fees I'd have to pay would outweigh any benefits.
