I don't believe in dogmas@heidilifeldman "With a judicial finger in the constitutional dike" is memorable! And so true! So glad to see an opinion that is not afraid of what an appeal court might do and speaks with conviction, at this point we need both the ones that will survive appeals and the ones that will spur action and discussion, like this one.
