#PSA: If you are documenting the #ICE operations in the #USA with #video, I am BEGGING you to NOT trust ANY US-based #SocialMedia like #YouTube. There is currently a high risk your uploads will be nuked, shadowbanned or otherwise suppressed, given the recent FISHY #TikTok aquisition.

Backup everything on international servers. Or better: Move ur stuff altogether. Use decentralized tech like #PeerTube. Do it BEFORE the banhammer strikes.

@Wuzzy Thing is Piertube doesn't have much reach.
@Wuzzy I'm not really into all that political stuff, so I don't know anything about these operations, but I have another problem with the Russian government that is slowly cutting off all possible ways (bypass methods) to watch Youtube. That's why I asked my acquaintance to let me sign up on his community's Peertube server so I could re-upload some of my old videos and keep posting the new ones to entertain my little fanbase that resides on my Telegram channel and some other social media. I actually like some of the federated alternatives of popular social media and services like Mastodon, Peertube, Mumble and even XMPP servers. Those are resilient to the government restrictions, not too popular to attract government's attention or even some creeps and scammers (I saw that it's a rare occasion) and often very convenient to use.
