My approach is to continue to divorce myself from #Amazon and I have pulled all my titles from KDP and publish new titles elsewhere. Their treatment of #writers was actually pretty good, although their rating and review process was always manic and overzealous.
On the whole, I ignore ratings, but I have reached out to #reviewers this year - call it a New Year's Resolution of sorts. I focus more on #writing than marketing or selling, and don't care if *** is negative

Booksirens seems like a massive scam at best to me, and at worst, just yet another extractive gatekeeper demanding money and tricks from #writers to access resources. Paid #bookreviews is an evil, toxic, and extractive industry, and it should go away.
It extorts writers, and that is a plain fact
