I overheard a right wing radio personality, on the radio of another truck at work today, describing a scene in some store of a crowd of anti ICE protesters, surging forward, and knocking over a refrigerator "in their RAGE to get at officers!"
I believe that description is entirely bullshit, designed to paint protesters as terrorists.
America is full of guns. If there were REAL leftist terrorists dozens of 'officers' would have been shot with long rifles from blocks away.
Positively selecting for cosplaying 3%ers, who believe they will be on "the Right side of the next American Revolution" and hiring them into ICE for ideological reasons filled that agency with the dumbest and most paranoid 20% of America.
And that is the type of people they have been chosing to hire for 8+ years, based on the experience level of the people who have shot other human beings.
Wholly unqualified to evaluate threats. Bring back IQ tests or psych evaluations.
