Here is my explainer: #corollary: (a proposition that follows from (and is often appended to) one already proved. adjective) If there exists people the law does not bind, then it does not protect anyone from that group. If the law does not protect everyone, then it cannot be allowed to bind.

I read Wilhoit as as referring to the #TheLaw, as the #BodyOfLaws, as applied. So his theory of #AntiConservatism is basically, no one can be #AboveTheLaw. If someone is above the law, we cannot let the law bind us from correcting that. #MundusSineCaesaribus #NoKings
