@celeduc That’s a fair point. But there is a fine line between strategic silence and looking paralyzed. Right now, it feels uncomfortably close to the latter.

@StefanAlvemo the leadership of the rump democratic world is carefully marshalling resources and weighing alliances and options while seeking just the right moment to strike! (with a loan instrument), but meanwhile a senile old man is throwing Cheetos at the television and redrawing the map with a Sharpie and I just don't see leadership rising to the occasion.
