@louisrcouture It’s healthy when you live in Tibet and don’t have any other access to the nutrients that tea contains, but that’s hardly relevant for the rest of us. It’s tasty, though.
(To be clear: I mean healthy compared to pure water, not compared to sugared water)
@louisrcouture @ejner1 @Strandjunker to be fair, most green tea you buy at the supermarket has you pouring boiling water on and steeping for 5+ minutes.
That's way too hot and long! No wonder they hate it.
(For those who don't know, as far as I have learned, the water should be a few degrees below boiling (like 90C) and you steep it for like half a minute to a minute)
Some of us like green tea.
For some reason I never got into coffee.
That's probably why I'm always falling asleep.
:)
You'll get no argument from me! On the other hand, black tea isn't bad...
@bruvduroiu @Strandjunker @tea
Tea don't taste like coffee, and coffee is what makes my taste buds happy 😊
@Strandjunker
I don't drink coffee. Oh well...
I do like English tea. The black kind. With milk.
You obviously haven't been buying the good Green Tea.
