smells floral and sweet.

tastes a tiny bit bitter upfront. there are floral notes in there but im deficient in recognizing them. there is sort of a tart acidity too.

final notes:

the brew still smells sweet and floral

still dont know what the floral notes in the taste are. very tiny bit of bitterness there. the acidity is more mellow and present throughout. tastes apple like to me. pretty nice cup.
