Animal agriculture kills billions of land animals every year[1] trillions if you count estimates for fish whose slaughter are measured by weight[2], farmed animals outweigh wild animals (by biomass)[3]
The most good you can do in the world right now is to oppose the mass torture and slaughter of animals treated as objects so called "liveSTOCK".
Lets be as generous as possible and discount the fish estimates, 80 billion deaths per year, imagine the entire human species being wiped out roughly once every 3 months or about 2500 deaths per second, the vast majority chickens, and for whom roughly a third of their corpses will be discarded as waste[4]
