Here's a good example of where the DOJ originally missed a few instances of Trump's name, and of a few other powerful Epstein clients, but has since gone back and redacted the names as part of the pedophile protection racket:

There is no reason to black out an entire image just to protect the identity of either the victims or the perpetrators. Faces and identifying information can be blacked out or blurred. What is happening in the photo must be so damning that the public can't know that a photo of it exists. This is the opposite of exoneration - hundreds of condemnations for everyone to see.
