[P] It's difficult to feel solastalgia when slurried neurotypical collectives try so very hard to make every neurodivergent feel as though they're alien. For others it might be solastalgia. For me it's hiraeth. Woof. I do feel sad that the oceans have reached another tipping point, this world was once so beautiful. It was pretty great when it was just bacteria, then again when it was just plants, but now? ...

[P] I've felt as though this isn't my home for so long. It's odd really, isn't it? I wonder how many cultures have a word like hiraeth? Even one that has that word seems to have forgotten it. "I am an alien here. I long for a home that I can only scantly glimpse, distant shores heard in whispers and teeming with exotic life. Y'know, all that rot. I've always found it difficult to feel anchored here.
