Opening up the floor: #perimenopause pals, who out there post #hysterectomy on #HRT? What are your doses and do you take "breaks" for a few days from any of it?

Especially wanna hear from folks with #PCOS and #endometriosis like me, and bonus if like me, still in possession of one ovary.

Please repost for reach.

And because it's fun to contrast and compare:

#Transwoman / #transfemme friends over 35, on HRT and of varying surgical status, if you want to, please feel free to share with the class how your hormonal needs have changed as you've entered mid life.

@seawall hysterectomy 2020, still got my ovaries. Started using estrogen gell (2 pumps a day) a few months ago because of fatigue and migraines after a test showed that my follicle stimulating hormone levels are extremely high, and my estrogen levels very low.

So officially in menopause.

Apparently high FSH causes anxiety and fatigue.
