In other good news, I restarted metformin yesterday, just 500mg and planning to go back up to 1000mg (more than that and side effects were too much).

Sugar had been slowly starting to come down, but consistently too high, nudging from 8.6 to 8.2, then 8.1. Today it’s all been under 8, from 7.1 to 7.7.

It gives an easier time and also helps other hormones (years ago, they originally gave it to me for PCOS).
